Wiha’s 5 peice TorqueVario set for professional electricians.
17th Edition Wiring Regulations 134.1.1 states, among other things, that manufacturers instructions must always be followed.
All switchgear manufacturers have torque settings listed as part of the instructions for their ranges. (Search Google – entering “electrical torque settings” to find online databases of the leading manufacturers).
Many manufacturers are enquiring about the use of torque drivers when dealing with warranty claims on their goods.
Warranty claims have been rejected because a torque driver wasn’t used, and so they claim that their instructions were not followed.
Buying the VDE 3 peice Torque Set will ensure the electrician complies with 17th Edition regulations and avoids potential problems and costs during warranty claims.
The set is supplied in a sturdy plastic carry tube.

A new dated calibration certificate is then produced.
